For an extra level of protection for temperature sensitive valuables such as antiques, furniture, documents, pianos, and electronic equipment. Our temperature controlled units limit exposure to extreme temperatures by being heated in the cold weather and cooled in the hot weather.

Computer Controlled Access
Our computer controlled access lets you visit your unit 7 days a week including holidays.

Individual Door Alarms                                                                              Our units have individual door alarms. The alarm to your unit is deactivated  when you enter your code through the entrance keypad. When you leave, you again enter your code which will open the exit gate and re-arm your unit. Each code is unique to that user only.

Monitoring of Activity
Activity is monitored and recorded 24 hours a day with state of the art security systems such as video surveillance. Each gate entry is recorded and stored. Only tenants can access our electronic gates.

 Packing Supplies
Our office  offers a wide range of packing and moving supplies including, tape, bubble wrap, padlocks, and  wrapping paper. You can pack everything from books to dishes.
