If you can’t decide which size storage unit is right for you – these descriptions may help. This is only a guideline however, and it will depend on how you package your items. If you frequently use the space, a larger space may be more convenient for you.

5 ft. x 10 ft. Unit – about the size of a walk-in closet and can hold several boxes, a desk, chair, and mattress.

10 ft. x 10 ft. Unit – will hold about two rooms of furniture such as a bedroom set, couch and kitchen table.

10 ft. x 15 ft. Unit – can hold the contents of a small house or a two bedroom apartment.

10 ft. x 20 ft. Unit – the size of a one-stall garage, can be used for approximately a three bedroom house, king-size mattress, major appliances, furniture, and boxes. This size can also be used to store an automobile.

10 ft. x 30 ft. Unit – about the size of a 1 and 1/2 stall garage, can be used for large items including a lawn mower, patio furniture and boxes.

13 ft. x 30 ft. Unit – for storing a boat, camper or contents of a home.

13 ft. x 40 ft. Unit – for storing a boat, motor home or contents of a home.

Yes, you must supply your own lock. We also offer either combination locks or key locks that can be purchased at our office if you need one.

Our storage units are rented on a month-to-month basis. Your rental with us can be for as long or as short as you would like depending on your needs.
